Refund Policy – Online Students

The College of Warehousing currently delivers the majority of its courses online over the internet using a learner management system. Students can download a course flyer for a qualification providing fees, unit of study and other information. This information is also available by contacting the College administration section on (02) 6262 2936 office hours if further information is required.

When a person decides to enrol in a course or qualification as a student with the College of Warehousing after completing and submitting a pre-course enrolment form that has been approved, the learner management system requires the student to provide a range of personal information that is requested by government. This personal information is covered by legislation within the Privacy Act.

The Refund Policy is as follows:

  1. If a student selects and pays for one unit of competency, the learner management system (LMS) allocates the student a password to the unit to allow the commencement of study online. No refund applies once the password has been issued by the LMS as access has been granted by the LMS.
  2. If a student selects and pays for one block of units of competency within a qualification, the learner management system (LMS) allocates the student a password to the block of units to commence study online. No refund applies once the password has been issued by the LMS as complete access has been granted by the LMS.
  3. If a student selects and pays for a full competency such as a Diploma of Logistics, Certificate II, III or IV in Warehousing Operations, the learner management system (LMS) allocates the student a password to all the units within the qualification so study can commence online. No refund applies once the password has been issued by the LMS as access has been granted by the LMS.
