Student Support
Before you can begin your study, you must first be enrolled and paid for the course. You will then receive login details to continue. Please study the following flow-chart to understand the process thoroughly as it will help you navigate the system smoothly. This is not complex and previously studied students have found this very easy to follow. We hope you will be too.

Here are some of the most commonly ask questions.
Q. I forgot my password.
Click on login menu and scroll down the screen and click on Lost Password. Then you will be able to retrieve your password.
Q. I cannot download the assessment file.
Please make sure that you have a reliable internet connection. We recommend using Google Chrome browser or Mozilla Firefox as they give little or no issue regarding the downloads. All assessment files are in PDF format. By default, you just click on the assessment button and it will prompt you to locate where you want to save the assessment and simply look for that saved PDF file on your computer. If that doesn’t work, right click on the assessment button and select Save link as.. or Save as.. depending on your browser. See example below. Make sure to remember where you have saved the file so that you can retrieve it later.
Q. I have submitted my assessment but heard nothing back from the College.
Check to make sure that our email address is correct. tutor@colofwhousing.edu.au.
Our opening hours are Mon – Fri 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We closed on a public holidays and weekend. So if you have submitted on the weekend, you will likely to hear back from us on Monday. As long as you emailed your assessment and you don’t see any returned error message in your inbox then rest assured that your email is received and we will response ASAP.
Q. I just realised that I have submitted the wrong file, what can I do to fix it?
Please contact the College and explain your situation and you will be able to re-submit your correct assessment. Make sure that you have marked clearly on your new assessment with your full name, unit name and unit code clearly so that we can match it with the old version.
